Bruce Lee had a short and extraordinary career. He made one major movie in the USA, Enter the Dragon, but died before it was released. Before that, Bruce Lee starred in three highly successful films in Hong Kong. He did make other films in Hong Kong that have now also joined the collectors' realm.

BRUCE LEE HONG KONG FILM POSTERS

The three most popular Hong Kong films were Fist of Fury, The Chinese Connection, and The Way of the Dragon. There were more movies, but they are not as notable as these three though all of the vintage movie posters are highly collectible.

Posters for The Chinese Connection, which are in high demand, were made in the 1970s. Wei Lo wrote and directed the movie, which is known for its drama, martial arts, romance, and action. There is one poster sized 20x30 inches, though the usual size for these posters is 34x41, with other sizes available.

A second poster, which is highly sought after, is sized 39x55 inches and was produced in Italy with artwork by Averado Cinella. 

For Japanese movie poster buffs, there is a rare two-sided scenic 7x10 inches piece of film art featuring the counter scene from The Chinese Connection.

BRUCE LEE USA MOVIE FILM POSTERS

The most popular Bruce Lee film is Enter the Dragon, which was released after his death and also the one that made him into a superstar. Robert Clouse directed the film, and Bob Peak, the well known art director, did a series of the movie posters. 

The film, noted for its Kung Fu, also includes romance, drama, and martial arts. Bruce Lee made this movie in Hong Kong and the China Sea. There are several posters from this movie produced around 1973.

One poster is 27x41 inches and is highly collectible. Another with a different scene came out in 1973, as did a third scene in the same year.

France produced two posters for Enter The Dragon with art by Michael Allen, with one being a large 47x65 inches.

There is also a Polish movie poster with art by Jakub Erol, which came out in 1981.
